Join us on Sunday,
October 5, 2008 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. for a variety of entertainers
such as the delightful Dr. Zoolittle from the San Diego Zoo; tours of the Reserve
provided by Tijuana Estuary’s biologists; activities and games for families
and children; and booths featuring the Zoological Society of San Diego, San Diego
Audubon Society, Chula Vista Nature Center, and native Kumeyaay arts and crafts.
This year, the theme is Passport to Adventure and will feature Daniel
Valdez’ play La Expedición a la Alta California about the 1769
Spanish expedition from southern Baja California to San Diego.
